Bookkeeping & Accounting Services:
$50-$75 per hour - Fees are billed on an hourly basis and rate depends on the complexity of monthly financial transactions and/or business set up. Generally, services are provided in Big Lou's office, but we can travel to a client's place of business (excluding travel time). Please note: we do not prepare tax returns for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts or individuals. Such matters are referred to EAs or CPAs.
Monthly Payroll Services (Payroll services & costs are billed separately from the standard bookkeeping services):
$50 for one employee; $10 for each additional employee
$55 - Quarterly payroll tax returns
$75 - Annual payroll tax returns & W2s & W3 Transmittal
Business Consulting & Meetings:
$125 per hour for the Initial Client Consultation (First Meeting)
$75 per hour for client business meetings, consultations or year-end conferences with business managers and/or accountants
Bookkeeping Assistant:
$30-$40 per hour (excluding travel time to client's place of business)

For clients who desire 24-hour access to their Quickbooks information
$125 - One-time client set up fee
$55 - client monthly access fee (including Quickbooks Enterprise 9)
$85 - client monthly access fees (includes Quickbooks Enterprise 9 & MicroSoft Suite)
Corporate Paralegal Services:
Flat Fee Rates - Fees & costs are billed separately from bookkeeping & accounting services. Please note: we do not prepare employment or shareholder agreements, or dissolution paperwork for corporations or limited liability companies. Such matters are referred to legal counsel or accountants.
$100 Fictitious Business Name Statement (excludes filing & publication fees)
$100 Research & Name Reservation for new incorporation (excludes filing fees)
$100 Articles of Incorporation (close corporations only)(excludes filing fees, attorney service or parking)
$500 First Minutes and By-laws for S-Corps, C-Corps, or Professional Corporations (excludes costs for corporate minute book or additional blank stock certificates)
$250 Fringe Benefits Resolutions for C-corporations only
$100 Annual Statement of Information - filed electronically & includes $25.00 filing fee
$250-$350 Annual Corporate Minutes & Maintenance
