Yes, that's right, BIG LOU has a master- and that's me. In 1999, armed with a baby BIG LOU, I started BIG LOU Enterprises to assist small businesses in the areas of business administration, bookkeeping, and organizational systems.

My work experience includes many areas of law, law office administration and management, corporate minute book maintenance, business and civil litigation matters, estate planning and intellectual property matters.

In that time, I have handled all types of bookkeeping and financial management matters for clients, in numerous industries, and under corporate, LLC, partnership and personal structures.

I have assisted with setting up new corporations and LLCs, maintaining corporate records, organizing office systems, and corresponding with U.S. governmental agencies, businesses and individuals.

By handling financial records, accounts payables and receivables, invoicing, collections, processing year-end tax information, and interfacing with a company's counsel or accountants, I provide clients a very valuable and cherished service- I give them peace of mind.
